AI-Assisted (Low) I wrote it. AI helped with minor things like phrasing or spell check.
AI-Assisted (Med) AI drafted some sections. I directed the structure, reviewed, and edited.
AI-Assisted (High) AI drafted most of the content. I provided the outline, guided the output, and reviewed the result.
AI-Generated Primarily AI output. I reviewed it for accuracy but didn’t write the bulk of it.

Why disclose this?

AI is a tool. I use it regularly for writing, coding, and building. But readers deserve to know what they’re reading and how it was made.

A post tagged Human reflects my voice and effort directly. A post tagged AI-Assisted (High) means I had the idea and shaped the direction, but the words came mostly from a model. Both can be useful, but the context matters.
